With our "Service Agreement" you can ensure a service package
for your vacuum and overpressure systems. We adapt the service agreement to your and the equipment's needs.
A "Service Agreement" consists of service and maintenance of the components you choose yourself in accordance with the manufacturer's standard.
Service contracts are offered at a fixed annual, quarterly or monthly cost including all necessary spare parts and a predetermined, guaranteed level of availability for your equipment.
We use original Edwards spare parts and all contracts include emergency service.
The offer in detail
First, we assess the number, type and condition of your vacuum and overpressure systems. Based on this information, you will receive a written quote with a suggested maintenance plan.
Based on Edward’s recommendations, we offer a service package that is tailored to your business and the pump’s needs, based on process, operating time and application.
We always provide a detailed service report after the service has been performed.
All service is performed as part of the maintenance plan. Maintenance work is planned after consultation.
